Now, we're looking for a Junior Operations Executive – Treasury & Payment Execution to join our KL team.

What You'll Do

• Process daily incoming and outgoing fund transfers via local and international payment rails
• Monitor automated queues and resolve stuck or delayed transactions
• Support treasury operations by monitoring corporate and customer wallet balances across banking partners and liquidity providers
• Perform daily bank reconciliations and investigate any discrepancies
• Act as the first line of defence for payment failures, missing funds, chargebacks, and payment returns
• Coordinate with banking partners and internal teams to resolve operational issues efficiently
• Ensure compliance with internal risk controls, AML requirements, and standard operating procedures
• Support the team with any additional tasks assigned by management

What We're Looking For

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Economics, Banking, Finance, Business Administration, Accounting, or a related field
• 0–2 years of experience in banking operations, payments, treasury, or fintech is preferred, but not mandatory
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply!
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUPs and Pivot Tables)
• High attention to detail and accuracy when handling data and transactions
• Resourceful, independent, and able to work with a positive attitude
• Able to thrive under pressure and manage tight deadlines in a fast-moving environment
• Fluent in English (required)
• Basic Mandarin proficiency (spoken and written) is an added advantage, as you may be required to translate or verify payment documents in Mandarin
