Location: Jalan Kuching, KL
The E-Commerce Operation is responsible for managing and growing online sales across TikTok Shop, Shopee, and Lazada. This role involves product listing management, campaign planning, sales monitoring, and customer engagement to drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily operations of TikTok Shop, Shopee, and Lazada stores.
• Upload and maintain product listings, pricing, and promotions.
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate stock replenishment.
• Plan and execute platform campaigns, vouchers, and flash sales.
• Analyze sales performance and prepare reports.
• Respond to customer inquiries and reviews.
• Coordinate with marketing team on content, livestreams, and promotional activities.
• Monitor competitors and market trends within the skincare industry.
• Work closely with warehouse and fulfillment teams to ensure smooth order processing.

Job Requirements

• Experience managing TikTok Shop, Shopee, or Lazada.
• Knowledge of e-commerce campaigns and seller center operations.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and organizational skills.
• Experience in car automotive industry is an advantage.

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,300.00 per month
