We are looking for a friendly, confident, and energetic Business Development Executive to join our team in the F&B POS industry. If you enjoy meeting people, building relationships, and helping businesses grow through technology solutions, we would love to hear from you!

What You'll Be Doing

• Identify and develop new business opportunities within the F&B industry
• Engage with café, restaurant, and F&B business owners to understand their operational needs
• Introduce and present our POS solutions in a professional and engaging manner
• Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing customers
• Follow up on leads through calls, WhatsApp, emails, and meetings
• Coordinate with the sales and technical teams to ensure smooth customer onboarding
• Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities

What We're Looking For

• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
• Some sales, business development, or customer-facing experience is preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Comfortable speaking with customers and conducting product presentations
• Positive attitude, self-motivated, and eager to learn
• Strong relationship-building skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Possess own transport and willing to travel for customer visits (preferred)
