岗位职责
Able to communicate in Mandarin
Prepare and issue receipts and invoices accurately and on time
Process payment vouchers, maintain voucher listings, and manage cheque issuance
Handle petty cash transactions and staff reimbursement claims
Attend to residents’ enquiries and provide efficient customer service
Answer incoming calls and respond to messages and emails professionally
Maintain proper filing, records, and documentation in accordance with company procedures
Carry out any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the Superior
Pay: From RM2,500.00 per month
