Job Title: M&E & Architectural Drafter

Job Description

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented M&E & Architectural Drafter to join our project team. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing technical drawings, coordinating design details, and supporting project documentation.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare Mechanical & Electrical (M&E) drawings including layouts, schematics, and details
• Prepare architectural drawings, floor plans, elevations, sections, and construction details
• Produce shop drawings, submission drawings, and as-built drawings
• Coordinate drawings with engineers, architects, consultants, and site teams
• Review drawings and incorporate amendments based on project requirements
• Ensure drawings comply with project specifications and standards
• Maintain proper drawing records and documentation
• Assist in resolving technical and drawing coordination issues

Requirements

• Certificate / Diploma in Drafting, Architecture, Mechanical, Electrical Engineering, or related field
• Minimum 1–3 years’ experience in M&E and architectural drafting
• Proficient in AutoCAD (Revit/BIM knowledge is an advantage)
• Able to read and understand construction drawings
• Good attention to detail and accuracy
• Able to work independently and meet deadlines
• Good communication and teamwork skills
