Responsibilities

• To serve guests quickly and politely, making sure they have a great experience
• Welcome guests with a smile, eye contact, and good posture.
• Make sure food and drink orders are taken correctly and served on time.
• Knowledge of the menu and offer suggestions of dishes
• Take orders and serve food and beverage items to customers in a timely manner.
• Good at customer service, always put customers first
• Follow the restaurant's grooming and uniform standards at all times.

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year experience in Restaurant
• A team player who enjoys helping others and puts customers first.
• Strong communication and people skills
• Good command of Cantonese, Mandarin, and English is a plus.
• Able to work in a fast paced environment

• 高效、準時地為顧客點餐及送上餐飲
• 具備優良的客戶服務意識，時刻堅持「以客為先」的服務態度
• 時刻嚴格遵守餐廳制定的儀容儀表及制服標準

入職要求 (Requirements)

• 具最少 1 年或以上餐廳工作經驗
• 具備團隊合作精神，樂於助人並秉持以客為先的態度
• 具備良好的溝通能力及人際交往技巧
• 具備良好的廣東話及普通話溝通能力，懂英語者優先考慮
• 能夠在節奏快捷的工作環境下工作
