We are looking for an Accommodation Operations & Maintenance Assistant to support our student accommodation operations in Singapore.

This role mainly involves apartment management, basic maintenance, cleaning support, student check-in and check-out assistance, and other on-site operational tasks. The ideal candidate should be responsible, hands-on, detail-oriented, and willing to travel to different apartments when required.

Working Hours
Daily, 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM

The candidate is required to keep their phone available during working hours and respond to work messages in a timely manner. For airport pick-ups, check-ins, check-outs, viewings, repairs, furniture delivery, or urgent matters, the candidate should follow the company’s arrangement and assist accordingly.

Main Responsibilities

  • Assist with student airport pick-up, check-in, and check-out arrangements, including handing over keys, access cards, mailbox keys, and explaining basic apartment rules and facilities.
  • Conduct regular apartment inspections to check the cleanliness of common areas, furniture, appliances, door locks, plumbing, toilets, kitchens, and other facilities.
  • Carry out cleaning work for apartment common areas, including living rooms, kitchens, common toilets, corridors, tables, floors, stove areas, sinks, and other shared spaces.
  • Handle basic maintenance tasks, such as door locks, lights, taps, toilet facilities, simple furniture, and basic appliance issues.
  • Check apartment mailboxes regularly and collect student letters, bills, management notices, or other documents.
  • Assist with new apartment handover, apartment condition checks, room measurement, furniture delivery, furniture placement, and simple furniture assembly.
  • Assist with room viewings, opening doors, handing over keys or items, and other temporary on-site tasks.
  • Report completed tasks to the person in charge in a timely manner. Photos or videos should be taken where necessary for record purposes.

Requirements

  • Responsible, careful, and able to complete assigned tasks on time.
  • Willing to travel to different apartments for work-related tasks.
  • Able to handle basic maintenance work, such as simple door lock issues, lighting, taps, toilet facilities, and furniture assembly.
  • Willing to perform cleaning and maintenance-related tasks to keep apartment common areas clean and tidy.
  • Good communication skills, with the ability to communicate with students, parents, management offices, repair workers, and furniture delivery staff.
  • Able to report problems promptly, especially urgent issues, and not delay important matters.
  • Prior experience in apartment management, property maintenance, cleaning, repair work, or student accommodation services will be an advantage.
