岗位职责

Responsibilities:
  • Preparation and coordination of IT Engineers schedules for on-site/ outsource/ inhouse projects & backfills purpose on daily basis.
  • Manage interns' schedules for deployment.
  • Liaising with Sales Department & IT Department closely on after-sales matters.
  • Good communication skills with customer service attitude.
  • Handle incoming calls and enquires from corporate customers.
  • Answer email correspondence in a prompt and efficient manner.
  • Maintain service items inventory control.
  • Maintain proper records for billing purpose.
  • Maintain neat and timely update on the service form inputs to our system
  • Any ad hoc requirements by the Manager.

Requirements:
  • Minimum Diploma in Business Administration or related studies, preferably with IT knowledge.
  • Able to work independently and in a fast-paced environment.
  • Customer oriented and able to liaise with different stakeholders.
  • Proficient in MS Words/Excel.
