Company Description iCumulus is a demand generation agency specializing in digital sales enablement and supporting businesses through digital transformation. The company partners with enterprise SaaS brands and fintech accelerators, using best-in-class technology and deep industry expertise across data and digital channels. iCumulus has built its own marketing technology stack and a “Sales Intelligence” framework to deliver highly responsive leads and qualified appointments. Core services include B2B demand orchestration, lead nurture automation, sales enablement, and AI-driven conversational chatbots.


Role Description The Sales Pilot (BDM) – Augmented Outbound is a full-time remote role responsible for driving high-quality outbound engagement and generating qualified opportunities for clients. This role involves using advanced sales tools and augmented outreach platforms to identify target accounts, research key contacts, and initiate personalized outreach across email, phone, and digital channels. The Sales Pilot will manage outbound sequences, track and optimize campaign performance, and collaborate closely with internal demand generation and sales enablement teams to refine messaging and targeting. Day-to-day tasks include qualifying leads, setting appointments, capturing detailed interaction notes in CRM systems, and sharing feedback to improve scripts, playbooks, and outbound strategies. The role also includes continuously testing new approaches, leveraging data and automation, and maintaining a professional, customer-focused communication style in all interactions.


Qualifications

  • Strong outbound sales skills, including prospecting, lead qualification, and appointment setting in a B2B environment.
  • Experience using sales tools and platforms such as CRM systems, sales engagement tools, and data/intent platforms to manage and track outreach.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft concise, compelling messages tailored to enterprise and technology decision-makers.
  • Comfort working with digital and data-driven processes, including basic analytics, reporting, and A/B testing of outreach strategies.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote setting, manage time effectively, and handle multiple campaigns or client projects simultaneously.
  • Experience in SaaS, fintech, or technology-driven demand generation, sales development, or inside sales is highly regarded.
  • Demonstrated collaborative approach, with the ability to work closely with marketing, sales, and operations teams to improve results.
  • Relevant education or training in business, marketing, sales, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • Experience selling to Marketing and Finance decision makers
