Role Description The Sales Pilot (BDM) – Augmented Outbound is a full-time remote role responsible for driving high-quality outbound engagement and generating qualified opportunities for clients. This role involves using advanced sales tools and augmented outreach platforms to identify target accounts, research key contacts, and initiate personalized outreach across email, phone, and digital channels. The Sales Pilot will manage outbound sequences, track and optimize campaign performance, and collaborate closely with internal demand generation and sales enablement teams to refine messaging and targeting. Day-to-day tasks include qualifying leads, setting appointments, capturing detailed interaction notes in CRM systems, and sharing feedback to improve scripts, playbooks, and outbound strategies. The role also includes continuously testing new approaches, leveraging data and automation, and maintaining a professional, customer-focused communication style in all interactions.
