Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Shipping Coordinator role based in Pekaka, Gelugor. The Shipping Coordinator will manage daily shipping and receiving activities, including preparing documentation, coordinating carrier pickups and deliveries, and ensuring timely and accurate shipment processing. This role will work closely with warehouse teams to support inventory control, verify quantities, and resolve discrepancies. The Shipping
Coordinator will communicate with customers, vendors, and internal teams to provide shipment status updates, handle inquiries, and support export procedures. The role also involves maintaining organized records, following safety and compliance standards, and supporting continuous improvement in shipping operations.
Qualifications
• Strong operational skills in Shipping & Receiving, with the ability to manage daily inbound and outbound shipments accurately.
• Customer Service skills to communicate professionally with clients, carriers, and internal stakeholders and address shipment-related issues.
• Exposure to Export processes and documentation, with an understanding of international shipping requirements.
• Proficiency with logistics management systems and standard office software (e.g., spreadsheets, email).
Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work on-site in Pekaka, Gelugor collaborate with diverse teams, and follow safety and compliance
