Responsibilities

• Safely transport guests, colleagues, and visitors in accordance with local traffic laws and hotel policies and procedures.
• Deliver exceptional guest service by providing a professional, courteous, and welcoming experience at all times.
• Assist guests with luggage handling, vehicle boarding, and general concierge-related requests when required.
• Ensure the cleanliness, safety, and overall condition of assigned hotel vehicles through regular inspections and maintenance checks.
• Maintain accurate records of vehicle usage, mileage, fuel consumption, and any incidents occurring during the shift.
• Follow all safety procedures to ensure the well-being of passengers, colleagues, and members of the public.
• Coordinate closely with the Concierge and Security teams to ensure smooth transportation operations and guest satisfaction.
• Support the Concierge team with additional operational duties as assigned by management.
  
  

Requirements

• Possess a valid Malaysian Driving License with a clean driving record.
• Previous experience as a driver in the hospitality, transportation, or service industry is an advantage.
• Good knowledge of local roads, traffic regulations, and key destinations within Kuala Lumpur and surrounding areas.
• Able to communicate effectively in English; proficiency in additional languages is an added advantage.
• Professional, courteous, and guest-oriented with strong interpersonal skills.
• Responsible, reliable, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Physically fit and able to assist with luggage handling when required.
• Willing to work flexible shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
