The graduate will embark on our fit for purpose 12-month graduate program ensuring that our associate develop their fundamental skill set to meet our deliverables. Whether you pursue the technical or consulting curriculum, you will work in tandem with experienced mentors on real projects that help leading-edge companies sharpen their edge and increase their lead.

For starters, you won’t be rotating across the business. You will be enrolled into one of our businesses directly upon onboarding with us based on your interest and capabilities. This assignment also means that you can immediately build your niche skills and business-specific tools that will help you face future challenges.

We are looking for undergraduates finishing their studies to join one of these respective business units:

• Quality Engineering & Assurance
• Application Development & Management

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Software Engineering or similar disciplines.
• Good understanding of software testing/development, implementation lifecycle and hands-on programming experience would be advantageous.
• Passionate about digital world, designing and building for the people who work or live in it.
• Thrive in a dynamic environment and project based working environment.
• Positive attitude and eager to make a difference.
• Keen interest to pursue a long-term career in the challenging Information Technology arena.
