Technical Program Manager – AI Transformation (Singapore)

Drive AI transformation across APAC and play a key role in helping business teams adopt cutting-edge AI solutions. If you're passionate about program management, AI innovation, and cross-functional collaboration, this is an exciting opportunity to make a real impact.

Location: Singapore (Hybrid – Minimum 3 days onsite)

Employment Type: 12-Month Contract (Potential for Extension)

Experience: 2+ Years

Eligibility: Singapore Citizens, Permanent Residents, or candidates with a valid Singapore Work Visa only

What You'll Do

• Lead AI transformation initiatives from planning through successful implementation and adoption
• Partner with Product, Engineering, and business teams to deliver AI-powered solutions
• Gather business requirements and translate them into actionable technical specifications
• Drive change management and increase AI adoption across non-engineering teams
• Monitor program milestones, dependencies, and adoption metrics
• Identify automation opportunities and improve existing workflows
• Collect user feedback and collaborate with technical teams to prioritize enhancements
• Support AI workflow integrations and simple code changes when needed

Required Skills

• 2+ years of Technical Program Management or Program Management experience
• Proven experience managing cross-functional programs and stakeholder engagement
• Hands-on experience with AI/LLM tools, prompt engineering, or workflow automation
• Proficiency in Python or a similar programming language with the ability to read and modify code
• Strong understanding of product requirements, roadmaps, feature prioritization, and bug management
• Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills
• Experience driving organizational change and user adoption initiatives

Preferred Skills

• Experience leading AI transformation initiatives for non-engineering teams
• Knowledge of agent-based architectures, RAG systems, or AI workflow orchestration
• Background in Policy, Operations, Legal, Communications, Government, Banking, Insurance, or similar industries
• Experience working with APAC stakeholders or globally distributed teams
