Job Descriptions

• Oversee full-spectrum accounting, finance, and administrative operations—including cash flow, payroll, tax compliance, reporting, and office support—while ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and coordination with internal and overseas teams
• Prepare detailed budgets, cash flow projections, and financial forecasts
• Analyze variances and advise executive teams on cost-reduction strategies
• Oversee the preparation of accurate and timely monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports. Ensure all statutory reporting aligns with accounting standards
• Maintain internal controls and ensure adherence to local financial regulations, tax laws, and corporate policies. Lead the coordination of annual internal and external audits
• Supervise, mentor, and lead the internal finance and accounting teams, reviewing their work for accuracy and compliance

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or Business Administration. An MBA or a Master's degree in a related field is highly preferred for senior roles
• Professional accounting or financial qualifications such as CPA (Certified Public Accountant), ACCA (Association of Chartered Certified Accountants), CA (Chartered Accountant), or CFA (Chartered Financial Analyst)
