About the Role

We are seeking a Junior AI Engineer to support the development of Agentic AI solutions. This role is ideal for fresh graduates or candidates with up to 2 years of experience who are passionate about Generative AI, LLMs, and emerging AI technologies.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement Agentic AI solutions using the company's internal AI platform.
• Build customer-facing AI applications leveraging LLMs (e.g., Claude).
• Design, develop, and optimize RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) pipelines.
• Set up and maintain data pipelines to support AI solutions.
• Evaluate model performance and improve AI accuracy and effectiveness.
• Apply prompt engineering, MCP concepts, and AI workflow orchestration.
• Collaborate with business and technical teams to deliver AI-driven solutions.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, AI, Data Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Fresh graduates or candidates with up to 2 years of relevant experience.
• Basic knowledge of Python, LLMs, Generative AI, and AI application development.
• Familiarity with RAG, MCP, AI agents, vector databases, or prompt engineering is advantageous.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Singapore Citizens or Permanent Residents only.
• Immediate joiners preferred.
