Execution today is fragmented consisting of manual processes, external dependencies, and delivery slippage.
We need to move from build-in-progress to fully delivered, real operational capability that will benefit all participants.
TL; DR
Own end-to-end delivery of cross-border programmes.
Drive fixes, integrations, and participant rollout at scale.
Coordinate across internal teams and external partners.
Reports to the Head of Enterprise Enablement & Execution.
Why This Role Matters
Cross-border delivery spans Product, Tech, Ops, Risk, Finance, and external partners, with current gaps in settlement processes, external dependencies, and execution discipline.
Without strong programme ownership, there is a higher risk of go-live delays and operational inefficiencies may scale as volume grows.
This role ensures delivery discipline at an enterprise level, with clear mandate to escalate, challenge, and drive decisions across teams and partners, and is not about project tracking.
What You Will Actually Do
Own end-to-end execution and delivery outcomes for cross-border programmes.
Drive rollout of key projects involving integrations, settlement fixes, and onboarding.
Act as single point of accountability across internal teams and partners.
Run a tight execution cadence covering milestones, dependencies, risks, and escalation.
Ensure participant readiness and clean go-live execution.
Examples of This Role in Practice
Deliver AliPay+ outbound go-live from testing through rollout.
Drive automation of cross-border settlement notifications.
Coordinate onboarding across pilot banks and participants.
Resolve blockers across settlement banks, scheme partners, and internal teams.
Standardise repeatable onboarding and integration models.
What Will Help You Succeed
Strong enterprise execution leadership and willingness to drive outcomes across boundaries.
Able to drive outcomes across multiple senior stakeholders through influence, clarity, and execution discipline, without relying on direct reporting lines.
