Participate in system requirement, design, implementation, testing and support of application solutions.
Provide day-to-day application support, including incident resolution, root cause analysis, and performance optimization
Develop and maintain integrations between disparate systems, reports, or APIs.
Work closely with business users to gather requirements, analyze gaps, and translate business needs into technical solutions.
Develop and maintain technical documentation, user guides, and standard operating procedures.
Partner with solution vendors to review new features, provide actionable feedback and influence enhancements that align with business objectives.
Apply strong analytical thinking to identify optimization opportunities and propose innovative solutions that enhance system performance and streamline processes.
Design, execute, and manage detailed test cases covering functional and non-functional scenarios.
Lead and coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) sessions to ensure solutions meet quality and business objectives.
Collaborate with vendor technical teams and digital partners during testing phases and conduct post-launch verification to confirm successful implementation and system stability.
Ensure data integrity, system availability, security compliance, and adherence to internal IT standards and policies.
Monitor application performance and proactively identify opportunities for automation and process improvement.
Qualifications and Skills:
Degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science or related fields is preferred
2-3 years of experience in software application support, Business Analyst or in a similar role.
Experience with integrations, APIs and web services
Knowledge on Oracle NetSuite (ERP, CRM, WMS), HRMS, CMMS and other business-related applications are great additions
Strong understanding of application architecture, databases, and system integration concepts.
Proficiency in troubleshooting application issues and performing root cause analysis.
Ability to develop innovative approaches to complex design problems

Excellent written and oral communication skills
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment.
Familiarity with IT service management practices (e.g., incident, change, and problem management).
