In this role you will:
- Work with cross-functional senior stakeholders to generate business analysis/insights improve commercial outcomes
- Machine learning model building to:
-
- Sharpen targeting of customers/producers who need enhanced monitoring
- Improve/automate existing workflows
- Build or enhance dashboards to better measure effectiveness of all customer outreach initiatives, producer’s productivity, etc..
- Work with data engineers to enhance and/or fix errors in tables within data marts and data warehouse
- Identify new triggers or enhance existing triggers to improve customer engagement/targeting
- Continuously identify better ways of working within the team, this includes but not limited to automation of existing scripts or workflows
- Manage end-to-end implementation of campaigns (requirement gathering, base sizing, rollout of leads, sending out communications, tracking of initiatives effectiveness, campaign fulfillment)
To be successful you will need:
- Deep hands-on experience in Python and BigQuery is mandatory
- Strong experience doing business analysis and presentation of insights to stakeholders
- Hands on experience building dashboards
- Experience in enterprise level development and deployment of machine learning models is a huge advantage.
- Experience in insurance industry is a plus
