Job Responsibilities

• Promote international air freight, ocean freight, and logistics solutions to prospective and existing customers.
• Conduct cold calls, emails, and client visits to generate new business opportunities and expand the customer base.
• Identify potential customers and develop long-term business relationships.
• Prepare quotations, negotiate rates, and follow up on sales inquiries.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
• Prepare and present monthly sales reports, including sales performance, market trends, and business opportunities.
• Coordinate closely with the operations team to ensure smooth execution of shipments and excellent customer service.
• Handle customer enquiries, resolve issues promptly, and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
• Conduct market research to identify industry trends, competitor activities, and new business opportunities.
• Develop and implement sales strategies to grow targeted customer segments and increase revenue.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Marketing, or equivalent.
• 1–3 years of experience in freight forwarding, logistics sales..
• Knowledge of international air freight and ocean freight operations is an advantage.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Able to build and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Possess a positive attitude and willingness to learn.

Pay: $2,000.00 - $4,000.00 per month
