Key Responsibilities:

- Maintenance of building electrical and mechanical system; HVAC & chiller system: FCU, lightings, wiring, escalator, lift, kitchen system, firefighting system, CMMS, BMS.

- Carry out corrective, preventive and predictive maintenance.

- Electrical safety awareness/ prevention.

- Monitor and attend to contractors and sub contactors for maintenance work.

- Support Marketing Event Setup

Requirement:

- Min certificate pw2, pw4, Aircond, A1, A4 or relevant.

- Experienced in facility or building, construction are advantages

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,800.00 per month
