Key Responsibilities

• Provide first-level technical support to employees for hardware, software, network, and system-related issues.
• Install, configure, and maintain computers, printers, scanners, and other IT equipment.
• Troubleshoot and resolve IT problems in a timely manner.
• Set up and manage user accounts, email accounts, and access permissions.
• Monitor and maintain company networks, servers, and IT infrastructure.
• Assist in software installation, updates, and system upgrades.
• Maintain IT asset inventory and ensure proper documentation of IT equipment.
• Perform regular data backup and support disaster recovery procedures.
• Coordinate with external vendors and service providers for IT-related matters.
• Ensure compliance with company IT policies and cybersecurity requirements.
• Provide user training and guidance on IT systems and applications.
• Prepare IT reports and documentation as required.

Job Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in IT support or a similar role.
• Knowledge of Windows operating systems, Microsoft 365, networking, and hardware troubleshooting.
• Basic knowledge of server administration and cybersecurity practices.
• Good problem-solving and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM2,800.00 per month
