The Business Development Executive role is designed for those who want more than a typical sales job.

This is a career-starter role, where you will learn how network and cybersecurity solutions are designed, explained, and delivered to enterprise clients. You will be guided by experienced consultants and engineers, gaining hands-on exposure to real projects, client discussions, and solution consulting, with no prior experience is required. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Assist in understanding client network, infrastructure, and cybersecurity needs, with guidance from a dedicated mentor during your first year.
• Support solution positioning for network, cybersecurity, and managed services.
• Participate in client meetings and solution discussions with senior team members.
• Assist in preparing proposals, quotations, and service presentations.
• Coordinate with technical and service teams to align solutions with client needs.
• Support ongoing client engagement to ensure satisfaction and service continuity.
• Learn basic account management and relationship-building practices.
• Maintain documentation, reports, and internal records.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Diploma or Degree in IT, Information Systems, Business, Marketing, or related fields.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply (training and mentoring provided).
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willing to learn, proactive, and open to new challenges in a supportive team environment.
• Able to work well in a team and across departments.
• Preferably looking for fresh graduate candidates.

REMUNERATION PACKAGE:

• Basic Salary + Allowance + Attractive Commissions & Incentives.
