Virtual Assistant (Admin – Looker Studio)

Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and independent Virtual Assistant (Admin) with hands-on experience in Looker Studio to support the setup and delivery of reporting dashboards for Sales, Marketing, and Operations. This freelance project is ideal for candidates who enjoy working with data, building meaningful reports, and transforming raw information into actionable insights.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, configure, and build Looker Studio dashboards for business reporting.
• Integrate data from Google Sheets, CSV files, and other provided sources.
• Clean, organise, validate, and prepare data before dashboard integration.
• Create clear, user-friendly, and structured data visualisations.
• Ensure calculations, metrics, and dashboard functionalities are accurate and working properly.
• Recommend improvements to dashboard usability and reporting structure where appropriate.
• Prepare basic documentation and conduct a proper handover upon project completion.

Project Scope

The selected freelancer will be responsible for developing and delivering three (3) Looker Studio dashboards covering:

• Sales Dashboard
• Marketing Dashboard
• Operations Dashboard

The dashboards will include multiple reporting views and performance metrics with various reporting frequencies.

Detailed dashboard specifications and requirements will be shared with shortlisted candidates prior to project confirmation.

Requirements

• Proven experience using Looker Studio (mandatory).
• Familiarity with Google Workspace, particularly Google Sheets and Google Drive.
• Basic understanding of sales, marketing, and operational reporting metrics.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and manage timelines effectively.
• Previous experience as a Virtual Assistant, Data Administrator, Reporting Executive, or similar role is an added advantage.

Work Arrangement

• Freelance / Project-based engagement.
• Fully remote (Work From Home).
• Flexible working hours.
• Project duration of approximately 2–4 weeks.

Payment Terms

• Total Project Fee: RM2,000
• Payment milestones and detailed terms will be discussed and agreed upon prior to project commencement.

Job Type: Contract

Pay: RM1,200.00 - RM2,000.00 per month
