JOB SUMMARY

The Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing daily operations while ensuring an exceptional end-to-end customer experience. This role combines operational efficiency with customer-centric strategies to drive service excellence, sales performance, and overall business growth.

JOB DESCRIPTIONS

  • Oversee daily operations, profitability and ensure smooth workflow
  • Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to enhance productivity and customer service
  • Develop and execute retail strategies to drive sales growth, profitability, and brand expansion
  • Drive initiatives to improve customer experience, satisfaction, and loyalty
  • Develop and execute retail strategies to drive sales growth, profitability, and brand expansion
  • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for improvement
  • Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and operational updates
  • Manage stock planning, ordering, and inventory control
  • Coordinate with suppliers and warehouse for timely replenishment
  • Prepare regular reports on operations, customer feedback, and performance metrics.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor Degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, Operations, Marketing or related field.
  • Minimum 4 years of retail management experience preferably in construction materials, hardware, or paint industry
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Customer-focused mindset with strong problem-solving abilities
  • Good understanding of inventory and operational processes.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
