JOB SUMMARY
The Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing daily operations while ensuring an exceptional end-to-end customer experience. This role combines operational efficiency with customer-centric strategies to drive service excellence, sales performance, and overall business growth.
JOB DESCRIPTIONS
- Oversee daily operations, profitability and ensure smooth workflow
- Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to enhance productivity and customer service
- Develop and execute retail strategies to drive sales growth, profitability, and brand expansion
- Drive initiatives to improve customer experience, satisfaction, and loyalty
- Develop and execute retail strategies to drive sales growth, profitability, and brand expansion
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for improvement
- Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and operational updates
- Manage stock planning, ordering, and inventory control
- Coordinate with suppliers and warehouse for timely replenishment
- Prepare regular reports on operations, customer feedback, and performance metrics.

JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor Degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, Operations, Marketing or related field.
- Minimum 4 years of retail management experience preferably in construction materials, hardware, or paint industry
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Customer-focused mindset with strong problem-solving abilities
- Good understanding of inventory and operational processes.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
