Job Dimension / Impact and Accountabilities

• Support system implementation, enhancement and upgrade projects.

• Participate in requirement clarification, testing, deployment and post-go-live support.

• Assist with automation initiatives including RPA implementations.

• Ensure implemented systems comply with IT standards and policies.

• Maintain proper documentation for system changes and support processes.

• Support audit and compliance requirements when necessary. Education / Professional Qualification

• Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in computer technology, information systems, engineering, finance, accounting or a related field. • Specialisation in IT systems, software or support is preferred.

• Preferably 2 to 5 years of relevant experience in IT application systems support.

• Experience supporting enterprise systems or property management systems is preferred.

• Experience with IFCA system will be a strong advantage.

• Certification in COBIT, ITIL or TOGAF is a plus.
