岗位职责

Responsible for managing BMC Helix IT Operations Management tools used for monitoring and event management.

Responsible for administration, configuration and support of BMC Helix ITSM platform used by Client.

Key Responsibilities

Configure monitoring tools and event management systems.

Manage event correlation and automated ticket creation.

Maintain integrations between ITOM and ITSM systems.

Manage monitoring thresholds and alerts.

Perform performance optimization of monitoring tools.

Configure workflows, forms, service catalog, dashboards and reports.

Perform system upgrades, patches and performance tuning.

Manage integrations with identity services and external systems.

Support incident, change, problem and request modules.

Administer, configure, and maintain BMC Helix ITSM modules (Incident, Change, Problem, Service Request, CMDB).

Manage user administration, roles, permissions, and workflow configurations.

Perform system monitoring, health checks, and troubleshooting.

Support customizations, forms, catalogs, rules, notifications, and automation.

Oversee integrations with external tools (AD, monitoring, CMDB, API-based apps).

Manage Helix upgrades, patches, testing, and environment validation.

Create and maintain documentation, SOPs, and configuration guides.

Work with ITSM teams to improve process effectiveness and platform stability.

Administer and support BMC Helix ITOM modules (Monitoring, Event Management, CMDB Sync, Discovery).

Configure event rules, policies, dashboards, and automation workflows.

Manage integrations with monitoring tools, cloud platforms, network devices, and applications.

Maintain Discovery scanners, patterns, schedules, and data quality.

Analyze alerts, reduce noise, tune thresholds, and enhance correlation rules.

Perform system updates, patches, and health checks.

Troubleshoot ITOM issues and provide Level 2/3 support.

Ensure alignment with ITIL processes (Incident, Problem, Change).

Prepare operational reports, documentation, and SOPs.
