Job description

Our client focuses on automatic sorting and transport devices, as well as Automated Material Handling Systems (AMHS), supporting smart semiconductor production.

Working Hours:

12 hour morning or night shift (2/3/3/2)

Location: Kallang

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Responsible for performing periodic maintenance activities, recovery and troubleshooting of daily machines troubles.

• Provide assistance to Engineers on machine improvements and spare parts management, updating/revising of work related Standard Operating Procedure (SOP).

• Carry out equipment periodic maintenance activities in accordance with the maintenance procedure and safety requirement.

• Assist Engineer on machine improvement and parts testing

• Maintaining/updating SOP, work procedure and training material or report writing.

• Carry out firsthand repair and troubleshoot on machine breakdown to maximized equipment uptime

• Assist in spare parts inventory.

• Actively involve in TPM, perform routine equipment patrol check or inspection on automation system.

• Assist in any other related duties assigned by immediate supervisor as and when necessary.

• Carry out repairs or overhaul of parts for automation.

• Assist in identifying equipment failures, root cause analysis and recommending solution to technical issues.

Requirements:

• Nitec/Higher Nitec/Diploma in Engineering (Electronic/Electrical/Mechanical/Mechatronic) or its equivalent

• Knowledge of Programmable Logic Controlled (PLC) or experience in Automated Manufacturing Environment is preferred

• Experience in Automated Material Handling System (AMHS) will be an added advantage
