Key Responsibilities

• Business Contracts & Order Follow-Up: Ensure timely and accurate follow-up on business contracts and customer orders, with strong attention to detail and data consistency

• Customer Communication & Relationship Management: Maintain proactive and effective communication with customers, follow up on needs and feedback, and support long-term, stable client relationships

• Logistics Coordination: Coordinate logistics-related matters to ensure clear processes, accurate data, and smooth handovers

• Document & Data Management: Collect, organize, and maintain business documents, accurately managing orders, quotations, and related numerical data

• Procurement Support: Assist with procurement inquiries and organize supplier information and related data

• Supplier Sourcing & Coordination: Support the identification and engagement of potential suppliers, maintaining effective communication and cooperative relationships

Requirements

• Education: Diploma or above; no prior working experience required

• Skills & Capabilities:

  • Strong attention to detail, with proficiency in document organization and numerical data handling

  • Good communication skills with clear and effective expression, able to interact with various stakeholders

  • High level of self-motivation and execution ability, capable of proactively driving tasks forward

  • Strong teamwork mindset, problem-solving skills, and good emotional intelligence

  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and perform effectively in a fast-paced environment

• Personal Attributes: Detail-oriented, responsible, dependable, positive in attitude, and comfortable with communication
