- Handle customer enquiries via phone, email, and face-to-face interactions with professionalism and courtesy.
- Communicating with the workshop team for each job that is required to be carried out.
- Resolve customer concerns efficiently whilst maintaining positive relationships and ensuring satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate records and transactions in our database systems.
- Handling the invoicing and payment process for the customer after the job is completed.
- Preparing quotations for corporate customers.
