Operations Assistant

Presto Drycleaners Pte Ltd is one of Singapore’s leading garment care specialists with over 30 years of experience in laundry and dry-cleaning services. We combine technology, operational excellence, and customer-focused service to deliver quality garment care solutions to both consumers and businesses.
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Operations Assistant to support our daily operations and customer service back-end processes. This role is suitable for someone who enjoys problem-solving, working with people, and ensuring things run smoothly behind the scenes.
Key Responsibilities
Perform garment quality inspections and identify defects
Monitor order status and garment workflow
Investigate missing or outstanding items
Coordinate with outlets and operations teams
Communicate with customers on order updates and garment issues
Provide administration and operational support
Assist with process improvement initiatives
Requirements
Fresh graduates and interns welcome
Responsible, detail-oriented, and willing to learn
Good communication problem-solving skills
Comfortable using WhatsApp and computer systems
Working Hours
Monday - Saturday, 8.30am to 4.30pm
