Lift Technician (Maintenance)

• Work Location: Various locations within Mainland Singapore
• Working Hours: Mon – Fri 8am – 5.15pm
• Monthly Salary: up to $3010 + Allowance + AWS + Variable Bonus (VB)
• Employment Type: Full time, Permanent Contract

Responsibility

• Preventive & Corrective Maintenance – Ensure equipment reliability and minimize downtime through scheduled servicing and repairs.

• Breakdown Response – Support troubleshooting and assist teams in restoring operational readiness, including standby duties.

• Safety & Compliance – Adhere to workplace safety, environmental policies, and regulatory requirements during inspections and audits.

• Tool & Equipment Care – Maintain proper handling, usage, and safekeeping of tools in line with company guidelines.

• Team Collaboration – Work closely with supervisors and internal teams to ensure smooth operations and timely issue resolution.

• Documentation & Reporting – Record maintenance activities, prepare reports, and support investigations to improve performance.

Requirements

• Diploma or equivalent in Vertical Transportation or Mechanical Engineering
• Minimum 1 years relevant working experience in lift/building maintenance is an added advantage
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
• Access to own a motorbike for work-related travel
• Candidate who can start immediately or within short notice will be preferred
