Responsibilities:

• As a Technology Support Engineer, you will be responsible for resolving incidents and problems across multiple business system components to ensure operational stability.
• Your day-to-day activities will include creating and implementing Requests for Change and updating knowledge base articles to support effective troubleshooting.
• You will collaborate with vendors and assist service management teams with issue analysis and resolution.
• You are expected to perform independently and become a subject matter expert.
• Active participation and contribution in team discussions are required, along with providing solutions to work-related problems.
• Expert proficiency in Incident Response Operations is required.
• Expert proficiency in Vendor Management is recommended.
• Expert proficiency in Stakeholder Communications, Key Stakeholder Relationships, Document Management, and Service Operations is suggested.
• Demonstrate the ability to independently manage and resolve complex incidents while maintaining clear communication with all involved parties.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives by identifying recurring issues and proposing effective solutions.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless coordination and timely resolution of operational challenges.
• Support the development and refinement of operational procedures to enhance overall service quality and efficiency.
• Engage proactively with stakeholders to understand their needs and provide updates that foster transparency and trust.

Pay: RM12,000.00 - RM14,000.00 per month
