Responsibilities
Operations Support
- Support daily operations activities including Stock Transfer, Service Requests, Warranty Service, and Job Order coordination.
- Prepare and maintain operational documentation, records, and reports.
- Engage in interdepartmental coordination for service and operational requirements.
- Assist with rental unit coordination, service follow-up, and related documentation.
- Support subcontract repair processes including documentation preparation and tracking.
- Monitor stock movement and assist with stock transfer documentation.
General Administration Support
- Prepare and process sales documents including Sales Orders, Delivery Orders, quotations, invoices, and related adjustments (S/A & D/A).
- Assist with Purchase Order (PO) processing, stock checking, and Goods Receipt Note (GRN) verification.
- Coordinate with suppliers, vendors, customers, and internal departments on administrative matters.
- Maintain proper filing systems and document records.
- Support office administration, facilities coordination, and general administrative tasks.
- Perform other duties and ad hoc assignments as required.
Requirements
- Minimum SPM qualification or equivalent.
- At least 1–2 years of experience in an administrative or clerical role.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Good organizational and time management skills.
- Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Willing to learn and take on new responsibilities.
- Possess a positive attitude, attention to detail, and strong sense of responsibility.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,300.00 per month
