*Company:* AECOM Malaysia

*Location:* Level 7, Guoco Tower, Damansara City, No. 6, Jalan Damanlela, Bukit Damansara, 50490 Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia

*Duration:* 18 Months (Extendable)

*Work Mode:* Onsite

*Employment Type:* EOR

*Working Days:* Monday – Friday

*Working Hours:* 9:00 AM – 4:00 PM

*Salary:* USD 900(3950 RM) per Month + Local Benefits

*Joining:* Immediate Joiners Preferred

## Key Responsibilities

* Provide Level 1 and Level 2 desktop support to end users.

* Troubleshoot hardware, software, operating system, and Microsoft 365 issues.

* Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, printers, and peripheral devices.

* Manage user accounts, password resets, and access permissions.

* Provide remote and onsite technical support for incidents and service requests.

* Troubleshoot network connectivity issues including LAN, Wi-Fi, VPN, DNS, and DHCP.

* Maintain IT asset inventory and update technical documentation.

* Manage and support SCCM and Microsoft Intune for device deployment, software distribution, patch management, and endpoint administration.

* Log, track, update, and resolve incidents and service requests through the IT ticketing system while ensuring SLA compliance.

* Coordinate with vendors and internal IT teams for issue resolution.

* Support meeting room equipment, video conferencing systems, and collaboration tools.

* Escalate complex issues to appropriate support teams when required.

## Required Skills

* Experience in Desktop Support / End User Computing (EUC).

* Strong knowledge of Windows 10/11 and Microsoft 365.

* Experience with Active Directory, SCCM, Microsoft Intune, and ticketing systems.

* Knowledge of device enrollment, software deployment, patch management, and endpoint administration.

* Basic networking knowledge including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, LAN, Wi-Fi, and VPN.

* Strong troubleshooting, communication, and customer service skills.

* Ability to work independently in an onsite support environment

Pay: RM3,650.00 per month
