Responsibilities

Gather and analyze system requirement from various user department and translate into business or technical specification.

Prepare and organize project management documentations.

Provide application support services to end-users / clients through various communication channels (e-mail, phone calls).

Perform troubleshooting and diagnosis on reported incidents.

Extract and build customized reports for board members.

Responsible for preparing application training materials and conducting end-user applications training.

Responsible for system testing, coordinating, planning and participating in User Acceptance Testing (UAT).

Requirements

Relevant experience in business requirement gathering, functional specification review and user acceptance test execution

Solid domain knowledge and business analysis experience in Accounting CPA industry will be an advantage

Strong sense of responsibility and self-motivation with good interpersonal, communication and analytical skills

To communicate with other department operation teams, business users and vendors during the development, enhancements and support activities.

Willing to learn new knowledge/skill/application, work with other team members and take up new assignments Company Introduction
