Responsibilities
- Develop detailed project plans including timelines, resource allocation, and budgets to ensure on-time and on-budget delivery
- Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders to define clear project objectives and align expectations
- Monitor project progress and performance, identify potential risks, and implement effective mitigation strategies
- Review and interpret engineering designs, drawings, and specifications to guide project execution
- Ensure all work complies with regulatory standards, codes, and safety guidelines to maintain project integrity
- Conduct site inspections and quality control checks to verify that construction meets project requirements
- Foster a collaborative work environment by promoting open communication and proactive problem-solving
- Prepare comprehensive progress reports, technical documentation, and project updates for stakeholders
- Respond promptly to client concerns and inquiries to maintain high levels of client satisfaction
Required competencies and certifications
- Degree in Civil or Structural Engineering or equivalent
- Understanding of civil engineering principles, construction methodologies, and project management techniques
- Effective verbal and written communication skills to liaise confidently with clients and stakeholders
Pay: $2,570.62 - $5,970.81 per month
