Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Software Tester role based in Singapore. The Software Tester will design, execute, and document test cases for web, mobile, and enterprise applications, ensuring that solutions meet functional and non-functional requirements. Responsibilities include performing manual and automated testing, identifying and documenting defects, and collaborating closely with developers, business analysts, and product owners to clarify requirements and reproduce issues. The role also involves participating in regression, integration, system, and user acceptance testing, as well as contributing to test planning, risk assessment, and continuous improvement of testing processes and tools. The Software Tester will help maintain high quality standards by monitoring test results, preparing test reports, and supporting release readiness activities.
Qualifications

• Proficiency in software testing fundamentals, including test case design, test planning, regression testing, and defect management.
• Experience with manual testing of web and mobile applications, including functional, integration, and system testing.
• Ability to work with test management and defect tracking tools (e.g., JIRA, TestRail, or similar platforms).
• Familiarity with automated testing concepts and tools (e.g., Selenium, Cypress, or comparable frameworks) is an advantage.
• Understanding of SDLC and QA processes within Agile or Scrum environments.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and root-cause analysis skills.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to document test results and defects in a structured manner.
• Attention to detail and a systematic approach to validating software quality.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and work on-site in Singapore.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Experience testing IoT, AI-driven, or enterprise information management solutions is a plus.
• Relevant testing certifications (e.g., ISTQB, CSTE) are beneficial but not mandatory.
