Your Role

Key responsibilities in your new role

• Support development of new GaN devices and technology architectures based on customers and company needs.
• Define design rules & test methodologies.
• Take ownership on assigned development packages
• Conduct DOEs on GaN wafers to maximize the device and process performance with good reliability.
• Collaborate with process development, integration and other stakeholders to meet development targets
• Contribute to problem solving in a creative way and also create process and device IP for GaN Tech Development.
• Support the growth of Infineon’s patent portfolio by constantly screening ideas for patentability.
• Support GaN production ramp activities on analysis & problem solving on critical technical topics.
  
  

Your Profile

Qualifications And Skills To Help You Succeed

• Minimum Bachelor degree in Physics or electrical engineering or similar
• Master/PhD with +5 years of experience preferred
• Strong Technical foundation on problem solving ability
• Hands on experience with development and execution
• Cross functional collaboration and communication
• Ownership and accountability
• Teamwork and collaboration mindset
