Role Description This is a full-time remote role for an Event Manager at Insight Genesis – IGAi. The Event Manager will plan, coordinate, and execute virtual and in-person events, including product launches, webinars, conferences, and community engagement activities that showcase the company’s AI solutions. This role involves developing event concepts, managing timelines and budgets, coordinating with internal stakeholders and external vendors, and ensuring a seamless end-to-end event experience. The Event Manager will handle event logistics, speaker coordination, registrations, and post-event follow-up, including reporting on performance and feedback. The role also includes collaborating with marketing, sales, and product teams to align event content with brand strategy and growth objectives, and maintaining an organized calendar of events throughout the year.

• Strong event planning and project management skills, including experience organizing virtual and/or in-person conferences, webinars, workshops, or community events.
• Vendor and stakeholder management abilities, with experience coordinating suppliers, partners, speakers, and cross-functional internal teams.
• Marketing-related skills such as basic digital marketing, event promotion, social media coordination, and familiarity with CRM or event management platforms.
• Analytical and reporting skills, including tracking event KPIs, managing budgets, and using data to improve event outcomes and attendee engagement.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft clear event messaging and communicate effectively with diverse audiences.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple events or projects in a fast-paced remote environment.
• Comfort with technology and virtual collaboration tools; familiarity with AI, data-driven products, or SaaS environments is a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree in Event Management, Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Previous experience in event management within tech, startup, or innovation-focused organizations is highly beneficial.
