Job Description
- Prepare and manage interim payment applications for both contract and variation works.
- Verify and process subcontractor invoices for payment.
- Maintain meticulous records of all delivery notes, contract documents, and invoices.
- Update and manage cost databases and project records in accordance with company procedures.
- Process approved purchase requisitions and obtain competitive quotations from suppliers/subcontractors.
- Collaborate with project teams, subcontractors, and clients to effectively resolve commercial issues.
- Assist in the preparation and settlement of final accounts.
- Assist in tender preparations and tender analysis.
- Perform other ad hoc duties as required.
Job Requirement
- Diploma or higher in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or a related discipline.
- A minimum of one year of relevant professional experience.
- Strong analytical, numerical, and problem-solving skills with a high level of attention to detail.
- A proactive, team-oriented mindset with excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in the MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Immediate availability is highly preferred.
