Key Responsibilities: 1. Plan, shoot, and record high‑quality video content for marketing, promotional, and corporate projects using proper lighting, framing, and sound techniques. 2. Edit raw footage into polished, engaging videos with CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or After Effects. Add transitions, captions, and effects to enhance storytelling. 3. Edit audio and video podcasts to ensure clear sound, smooth flow, and professional quality output. 4. Capture and edit photos for events, campaigns, and promotional materials using Photoshop, Lightroom, or Canva. Maintain consistent brand visuals. 5. Manage video and photo libraries, track project progress, and provide updates to management when required. 6. Work closely with marketing and creative teams to develop storyboards, scripts, and campaign concepts. Share ideas to improve creative direction. 7. Stay updated with the latest social media trends, editing techniques, and digital tools to keep content fresh and relevant. 8. Ensure all content meets platform requirements (aspect ratios, resolutions, formats) and maintains high professional standards before publishing. 9. Assist in coordinating shoots, managing equipment, and supporting team members during production to ensure smooth workflow. 10. Uphold the company’s visual identity while continuously exploring new creative ideas to strengthen brand presence and audience engagement.
