About the Role :
Are you organized, detail-oriented, and ready to keep things moving? Eramas Ingredients Sdn Bhd is looking for a dedicated Shipping Assistant to support our daily shipping and warehouse operations. In this role, you will be the backbone of our logistics coordination, ensuring our loading activities, shipment preparations, and documentation processes run smoothly and efficiently.

What You Will Do As our Shipping Assistant, your daily duties will be dynamic and hands-on, covering several key areas of our operations:

• Loading & Shipment Support: Monitor and assist in loading/unloading activities while ensuring exact quantity accuracy. You will prepare packaging materials (cartons, inner boxes), handle labelling and stamping, and take required shipment pictures.

• Shipment Handling: Assist in measuring and weighing cartons, pallets, and bags. You will also provide crucial support during inspections by Phyto, Fumigation, and SGS officers.

• Logistics Coordination: Assist with goods collection, pallet replacements, and ensuring the proper handling and return of Delivery Orders (DO). You'll also support our weekly stock counts for both local and export inventory.

• Documentation & Courier Duties: Maintain highly organized records by handling the filing and photocopying of shipping documents and certificates (PKD, FMM, JKNNS, DHL, etc.). You will also manage local courier arrangements (e.g., Lineclear) and pack parcels for dispatch.

Who We Are Looking For :

• Minimum SPM / Certificate / Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related field.

• Prior experience in warehouse, shipping, or logistics operations is an advantage.

• Body fit and capable of assisting with manual loading activities.

• Detail-oriented with good organizational and basic paperwork/documentation skills.

• Proactive, responsible, and a strong team player.
