Sabah Housing And Real Estate Developers Association (SHAREDA) is formerly known as Sabah Housing Developers' Association (1992) was established in 1978. It was renamed SHAREDA in 2002.
SHAREDA brings together developers, pooling their expertise and resources to ensure that the industry takes up and plays its role as a key mover of the economy. Through the years, SHAREDA members sat on numerous state government committees and their views helped to shape many government policies and real estate and housing development.
It was inscribed on the milestone of achievements of the Association on 22 May, 2010 when SHAREDA received the prestigious inaugural Award on "SABAH SOCIETIES ROLE MODEL" ("ANUGERAH PERTUBUHAN CONTOH") from the Registrar of Societies in Malaysia.

Job Responsibilities:
Responsibilities:
Reports to the Secretary General.
Responsible for the overall Office Admin, which includes but not limited to, Office Procurement, HR, Asset, Insurance, Utilities, & ISO functions.
Liaise with SHAREDA members and coordinates Office Admin functions with other department.
Responsible for the process improvement and enhancement of the Office Admin operations.
Responsible for ensuring that all standards established are adhered to.
Requirements:
Candidate must possess at least a Professional Certificate, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Computer Science/Information Technology, Finance/Accountancy, Logistic/Transportation, Business Studies/Administration/Management or equivalent.
3 years experience in a similar capacity & handling the full scope of office admin functions.
Excellent interpersonal skills and computer literate.
Exposure to Office Procurement, HR, Asset, Insurance, Utilities, & ISO is a prerequisite for the position.
