Job Responsibilities:

• Maintain records of installation progress, quality control checks, and safety compliance.

• Coordinate the delivery schedule of precast elements to the site, ensuring they arrive on time and in the correct order for installation

• Coordinate with the project manager, subcontractors, and suppliers to align schedules and avoid delays.

• Verify that the precast components match the approved drawings, specifications, and project standards

• Knowledge of construction methods & site supervision.

• Able to read construction drawings is an added advantage.

• Responsible, willing to learn, and possess own transport.
  

Job Requirement

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering/ Construction Management or any other qualifications related to building or construction industries. 

• At least 1- or 2-years working experience in project management or site coordination for building projects 

• Candidate who can start work immediately would be advantage.
