Join Cool Power and be part of a dynamic team delivering reliable energy solutions. We are looking for a skilled and motivated Testing Engineer to support our growing project and service operations.

Company Description

• Perform pre-commissioning, testing, and commissioning of gensets for project and service activities.
• Execute genset-related functional testing.
• Support Factory Acceptance Tests (FAT), Site Acceptance Tests (SAT), and Integrated System Testing (IST).
• Configure and validate genset controllers, protection relays, and monitoring systems.
• Conduct testing of fuel, cooling, exhaust systems, and switchgear.
• Diagnose and resolve issues identified during testing and commissioning.
• Document test results and prepare reports for project handover.
• Provide troubleshooting and emergency system support when required.
• Collaborate with engineers, contractors, and clients.
• Support integration testing with systems such as UPS and BMS.

Requirements & Skills

• Strong understanding of diesel engines, alternators, and genset systems.
• Knowledge of power systems, load sharing, and parallel operation.
• Familiarity with controllers such as Deep Sea, ComAp, Woodward, PLC/SCADA.
• Ability to read electrical diagrams and schematics.
• Hands-on experience with testing tools (multimeter, insulation tester, load bank, power analyzer).
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Willingness to work on-site and in plant environments.
• Willingness to travel oversea to support worldwide projects
