Job Description:
To prepare and process purchase requisitions, issue purchase orders, and ensure timely delivery by coordinating with suppliers.
To ensure the PR are furnished with complete & accurate information and its supporting document before proceeding the PO for approval.
To source and negotiate with suppliers to secure the best possible deals, considering quality, price, payment terms, delivery schedules, and services.
Work closely with various departments to ensure purchasing activities align with company objectives and requirements.
Manage materials & parts purchase based on demand, and ensure no shortage or overstock.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of purchases, quotations, and the Approved Vendor database.
Requirement:
Candidates must at least possess Diploma/Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification.
No working experience needed.
Work well with others and good communication skills.
Computer literate on Microsoft Office, handling emails between suppliers.
Independent and willing to learn.
Fluent in Bahasa Malaysia, English and Mandarin to effectively communicate with our diverse client base and stakeholders.
