Job Responsibilities:
- Answer incoming calls and WhatsApp enquiries
- Arrange and coordinate vehicle servicing, repair and inspection appointments
- Follow up with customers regarding appointments and vehicle status
- Update customer and vehicle records in the system
- Prepare invoices and administrative documents
- Coordinate with Service Advisors and workshop staff
- Handle daily administrative and operational support duties
Requirements:
- Good communication and customer service skills
- Able to handle a high volume of appointments and enquiries
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word and Email
- Responsible, organised and able to multitask
- Able to work independently and in a fast-paced environment
- Automotive industry experience is an advantage
Working Hours:
Monday – Friday: 8:30am – 6:00pm
Saturday: 8:30am – 1:00pm

$2,000 – $2,500 (depending on experience)
