Key responsibilities
- Providing support across the full spectrum of HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and training and development
- Assisting with the recruitment process, including job advertisement, candidate screening, interview coordination, and onboarding of new employees
- Maintaining and updating employee records, ensuring accuracy and compliance with data protection regulations
- Supporting the development and implementation of HR policies, procedures, and guidelines across the organisation
- Coordinating employee engagement initiatives, team-building activities, and wellness programmes
- Processing payroll-related administrative tasks and maintaining employee benefit records
- Providing general HR administrative support to senior HR staff and management
- Assisting with HR compliance matters and ensuring adherence to relevant employment legislation
- Contributing to the development of HR consulting solutions for clients and internal stakeholders
Pay: RM1,715.82 - RM3,500.00 per month
