Key Responsibilities
Human Resource Functions
- Assist in maintaining employee personal files and HR records.
- Support attendance, leave administration, and employee data management.
- Assist in recruitment activities, including candidate screening, interview coordination, and onboarding processes.
- Support contract renewal, confirmation, transfer, and other employee lifecycle administration.
- Assist in preparing HR correspondence, reports, letters, and documentation.
- Support training coordination, employee engagement programmes, and staff welfare activities.
- Assist in maintaining HR databases and ensuring records are updated accurately.
- Provide support in disciplinary, employee relations, and other HR-related matters as required.
Administration Functions
- Assist in general office administration and document management.
- Coordinate meetings, travel arrangements, accommodation bookings, and logistical requirements.
- Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence, filing, and record keeping.
- Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and administrative documentation.
- Support procurement, inventory, and office facilities administration.
- Perform any other duties assigned by the supervisor or Management from time to time.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Management, Office Administration, or related disciplines.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Good communication skills in Bahasa Malaysia and English.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook).
- Good interpersonal and organisational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Willing to learn, proactive, and able to handle multiple tasks.

Location
Kuching, Sarawak
Candidates must be willing to be based in Kuching for the duration of the six (6) months apprenticeship programme.
Pay: RM2,700.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
