Job Description :
- Provide administrative and operational support for daily office activities,
- Handle visa applications and related documentation, including US Visa arrangement.
- Prepare correspondence, reports , presentation slides and filing documentation.
- Liaise with external parties such as management visitor.
- Maintain proper document control and company records.
- Perform any ad-hoc duties assigned by management from time to time
Requirement / Qualification:
- Diploma/Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Management or related field.
- Minimum 2-3 years working experience in administration or executive support.
- Able to communication well in English , Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Esxcel, Word , Powerpoint, Outlook)
- Able to handle confidential information professionally.
- Strong coordination, multitasking and time management skills.
- Responsible, independent and able to work under minimum supervision.
- Experience in travel arrangement , visa application and schedule coordination is an added advantage.
- Possess positive attitude and willing to support management and operation team.
Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
